Well let me tell you that your thoughtful sample stir fry gumbo inspired with brown rice and tofu was sooooo very good and flavorful. I had anyone who would stand still for a second taste it. trust.....all were pleasantly surprise since they are not necessarily the healthy type.I would truly love more of that!
